1. Purchases

Prices and included files are shown before checkout. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully processed.

2. Digital sales are final

Because the product is a digital license/file and a one-buyer purchase removes inventory from sale, completed purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by applicable law. This policy does not prevent rights you may have for fraud, unauthorized charges, or a failure to deliver what was purchased.

3. License controls use

Your use of a beat is governed by the license supplied with that purchase. Buying access does not grant rights beyond that agreement.

4. AI-generated material

Some or all instrumentals may use generative-AI tools. Beats by Bea does not guarantee copyrightability or worldwide uniqueness of AI-generated portions.

5. Store availability

We may add, remove, correct or update listings and prices. A beat shown as available is not yours until checkout is successfully completed.

6. Abuse

You may not attempt to bypass checkout, obtain protected downloads without payment, interfere with inventory controls, or use the site unlawfully.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated before public launch. The version presented at the time of purchase will apply together with the purchase-specific license.
